favourite easy granola recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Baking Time: 40 minutes


Bake at 300F


Directions:

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Add all dry ingredients into a large bowl. Stir.

  3. Add all wet ingredients into a medium bowl. Stir.

  4. Add wet ingredients into the large bowl with dry ingredients.

  5. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.

  6. Spread out over large baking sheet evenly.

  7. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Stir/flip around. Bake for another 20 minutes.

  8. Let cool down & enjoy!!



Ingredients:


Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • ¼ cup ground flax seed

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds

  • 1/3 cup almonds

  • 1/3 cup pecans

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp sea salt


Wet ingredients

  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted into liquid form)

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract


Tips:

Store in airtight container to stay fresh

Serve over yogurt or with milk of choice as a muesli

Have fun with it! Add extras if desired such as dried fruit, chocolate chips or coconut flakes!
